     I have to share an experience I just had with my 3 year old. Last year we had a wonderful personal chef , Chef Dora, come into the house and cook some meals for us. Chef Dora said one sure fire thing she had learned in her years of cooking is when kids participate in the cooking, they tend to eat the food. Well, today we happen to be out of everything other than PB&J. I looked in the pantry and saw we have about 5 cans of Tuna, which he hates as well as mayo. I let him know it was his turn to make lunch ans was surprised to see him jump right up in the chair to get ready. I pulled out the mayo and I thought for sure it was a done deal right there, but he pulled out a big scoop and put it in the bowl while I opened the Tuna. We added the Tuna, some celery salt, and then I sealed the deal with his favorite, Pickles. Chef Dora!!!! You Rock!!!! This kiddo didn't hesitate. I had to pass along this story and also just a testimonial to Chef Dora because she cooks some amazine meals. - Maryanne, Plaistow, New Hampshire
