  •    Mixed Greens with Roasted Cashews, Blue Cheese and Raisins
  •    Gorgonzola Tartlet w/ Mixed Greens
  •    Iceberg wedge w/creamy pancetta and gorgonzola dressing
  •    Winter Salad w/ Apples, Pecans and Blue Cheese
  •    Garden (Romaine, English Cucumber, Tomato & Red Onion) w/ Herb Vinaigrette

    (Please note that each entree is served w/ appropriate side of starch & vegetable)
  •    Chicken Saltimboca (chicken breast topped w/ prosciutto and provolone cheese)
